Everything between a sketch and a shipped container

Each service below can be engaged individually, but the real value is in the sequence — one accountable team carrying your order through every stage without a hand-off.

01

Product design & development

Concept sketching, tech pack development, and sampling, with turnaround of 5–15 days depending on construction and yarn availability.

Fabric & trim sourcing

Yarn, fabric, and trim matched to spec across our mill network, with lab-dip approvals and bulk fabric booking managed for you.

Vendor evaluation & compliance management

Factories screened on capability, capacity, and social compliance before onboarding, with ongoing audit and corrective-action tracking.

Production monitoring & quality assurance

In-line and final inspections conducted on-site by our own quality engineers — an independent check, not a factory self-report.

05

Logistics coordination & shipment follow-up

Booking, documentation, and shipment tracking managed through to delivery, with a standard lead time of 90–120 days post master L/C.

06

Sustainability & ethical sourcing consulting

Guidance on recycled and organic yarns, low-impact dyes, waste minimization, and energy-efficient knitting for lower-impact programs.

Quality assurance

Inspected by our people, not the factory's

Every order is checked in-line and at final inspection by Orotex's own quality engineers, working to your approved spec and AQL standard rather than the factory's internal sign-off.

In-line inspection

Checks during production catch construction and measurement issues while there's still time to correct them.

Final inspection

Pre-shipment AQL inspection against your approved sample and spec sheet before goods leave the factory.

Bring us a spec sheet and a timeline — we'll tell you what's realistic.
